missingWrote a review on Nov 24poor flowtight bed
what a disappointment! the shower had such poor water flow that it was near useless. and the double bed felt tighter than a sardine can. also, would it have killed them to offer some complimentary water? they definitely could’ve treated us better. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. wish i hadn’t wasted my time here.

The breakfast was super tasty and gave us a great start to the day! 😍 The family room was lovely and cozy, and Kate and Nathan were totally welcoming. Just a heads up, the room was on the smaller side.

Quaint stay with stunning gardens
We spent two nights at Gages Mill, and it was truly enchanting. The peaceful atmosphere enveloped us, and we marveled at the beautiful gardens right from our cozy family room. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of options that kept us fueled for our adventures. Kate and Nathan were incredibly welcoming hosts, offering a wealth of local tips and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.
The only downside was the no pet policy, which is important for us since we often travel with our dog. While it wasn’t a major issue this time, it might limit our options for future trips.

The breakfast spread was really good-lots of options, and a large bowl of fresh fruit to kick off your day is a serious win. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil, perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventuring.
The shower pressure was pretty weak. Some room sizes felt cramped, especially with standard double beds that felt tighter than they should. A few more outdoor furniture pieces in the garden would help.

Cozy and welcoming stay
Such a lovely stay! The room was comfy and had great little touches, like a B&B-style honesty bar which was perfect for unwinding. Kate and Nathan made us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was seriously tasty! Just wish the shower pressure was stronger.
